Do you deliver outside of NYC?

In some cases, we are able to deliver in the areas further afield for an additional fee. Email us at info@pipandjam.com with your date and address to find out.
I want to place an order for a date that is unavailable. Is there anything that can be done?

Yes! Please reach out to us at info@pipandjam.com and let us know your event date and time. We will respond back shortly and do our best to accommodate your needs.
I need to serve a different number of people than is listed on your site. Can you help?

Yes! Please email us at info@pipandjam.com to let us know how many people you want to serve. We can make boards smaller or larger in some cases and can send you the options and pricing for these different sizes.
I'm looking for a board with different ingredients than you have listed on your site. Can you help?

Yes! We can customize ingredients to suit different occasions. For example, we can do a brunch board with bagels and toppings or a holiday-themed board.
